Core skills:
Fine motor control – pinching each coin between thumb and finger to fit it through the narrow slot takes real precision
Hand-eye coordination – lining the coin up with the slot before dropping it
Cause and effect – understanding that pushing the coin makes it disappear inside, and pulling the drawer knob reveals where it went

Cognitive concepts:
Object permanence – the coin still exists even after it vanishes into the box (a key early cognitive milestone)
